岗位职责：

Responsibilities:

1、根据公司战略，制定年、季、月度销售计划，并基于客户及市场情况，采取相应的销售策略。

1.Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans according to the company's strategy and adopt appropriate sales strategies based on customer and market situations.


2.以业绩目标为导向，积极推进项目的签订、回款等工作。

2. Guided by sales performance goal-oriented, to promote project signing and payment collection actively.


3.搜集和积累信息资料，开展市场调研，分析市场动向，组织策划品牌推广活动，大力开拓海外市场。

3.Collect and accumulate information, conduct market research, analyze market trends, organize and plan brand promotion activities, and explore overseas markets vigorously.


4.建立、维护和发展客户关系，提高客户满意度。

任职要求：

Qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历，工程机械领域相关专业

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, construction machinery/engineering machinery related majors


2.拥有2年以上工程机械领域工作经验,有一定的客户资源沉淀者优先

2.More than 2 years of working experience in the field of construction machinery,with a certain amount of customer resources precipitation is preferred


3.精通英语，国籍不限

4.熟悉海外业务运营流程，具有敏锐的海外业务触觉

4.Proficient in overseas business operation process,with a keen sense of overseas business
