工作职责
1.PR Strategy Development and Execution: Formulate and execute the annual PR strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals to ensure consistent brand image and impact.
2.Media Relations Management: Build and maintain relationships with key media in China, Hong Kong, and overseas, as well as with KOLs and celebrity partners to enhance brand visibility through media interviews, press events, and other engagements.
3.Social Media & Digital PR: Manage brand image and content on social media platforms, including content strategy planning, crisis management, and media monitoring to drive online engagement and brand influence.
4.Celebrity & Partner Management: Plan and execute collaboration projects with celebrities and brand partners, increasing brand exposure and social media engagement.
5.Brand Co-Branding Projects: Lead the development and management of brand co-branding initiatives, from creative ideation and project execution to market promotion, ensuring that partnerships align with the brand’s values and elevate brand perception.
6.Event Planning & Execution: Design and implement creative brand events such as product launches, VIP client events, and other promotional activities to enhance customer experience and brand value.
7.Crisis Management: Respond swiftly and effectively to potential brand crises, providing clear communication strategies to protect brand reputation.
8.Team & Vendor Management: Oversee internal PR teams and external PR agency partnerships to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.
9.Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze the impact of PR activities, provide regular reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
任职资格
1.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
2.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in PR, with the last 3 years in the fashion, jewelry, or luxury sector, including high-end brand promotions and VIP client engagement.
3.Celebrity & KOL Collaboration Experience: Familiar with celebrity partnership processes, with proven experience in managing collaboration projects with celebrities and KOLs.
4.Co-Branding Project Experience: Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing co-branded projects, with strong skills in creative ideation and project implementation.
5.Management Skills: Capable of managing PR teams and external PR agencies to ensure high-quality strategic execution.
6.Brand Awareness & Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of luxury brand operations, with the ability to develop PR strategies aligned with market trends and brand positioning.
7.Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including the ability to create external communication materials in English.
